1. If you don’t have to pay BTW/VAT, we need a valid BTW/VAT number (non-Dutch companies only). If this number isn’t filled out correctly, the BTW/VAT will be billed separately.
  2. Generally, if you place an order to the Netherlands before 12:00 pm, we are able to send it to you on the same day. If you’ve ordered from outside the Netherlands, but within the EU, your package should arrive within three workdays after payment. If you’re from within the EU, your order will be sent to your door.
  3. For shopkeepers who place orders with the option to pay later, payment should be fulfilled within 14 days after you’ve received your invoice. If we don’t receive your payment in time, we will charge collection costs.
  4. Upon delivery, any risk is transferred from us to you.
  5. We reserve the right to price changes prior to accepting the order.
  6. If an item is broken or damaged upon delivery, notify us within 48 hours after you received the package. Include the relevant invoice.
  7. Simbolica Fair Trade will not supply other companies or third parties with the personal information you provided.
  8. In case of credit card payments: your credit card information will be sent encrypted via PayPal, and saved on computers that have no access to the internet.
  9. With online purchases you have the right to return your order until 14 days after arrival and dissolve the agreement. Any cost for the return postage is covered by you. Items can only be returned in an undamaged and sealed package or envelope. We aim to process returns within 3 workdays and settle a possible refund within 7 days.
  10. Barring any evidence in the contrary, Simbolica Fair Trade’s administration counts as evidence for assignments that have been given to us by the client, the payments that have been made and the deliveries handled by us. We acknowledge that electronic communication can serve as evidence. By accepting these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges this as well..
