Next day delivery on orders placed before 12 pm!
If you place your order before 12 pm on weekdays, your package will be dispatched on the same day. As soon as we have dispatched your order, we will send you a notification. In most cases, your order will be delivered the next day, even on Saturdays! This only applies to customers in the Netherlands.
Free shipping on orders from €100,-!
The shipping costs are €4,95 for orders below €100,- in the Netherlands, € 9,95 within Europa and € 14,95 outside of Europe . Orders of more than €100,- are sent for free. If you return part of your order, we will deduct the shipping costs in your refund.
PostNL Package Service
We dispatch our packages using the PostNL Package Service. You will receive a Track and Trace number from PostNL, enabling you to follow your package’s journey.
Choose when you want your package delivered, or have it sent to one of the PostNL Service Points near you. PostNL delivers in the evening too.
Delivery outside of The Netherlands
The shipping costs for orders from outside The Netherlands are automatically calculated after you submit your address. These costs are the same as the PostNL Package Service rates.
Returning an order or item should be done within 14 days of delivery. The items have to be in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice and a filled out returns form. You can print your returns form here! We aim to process your return within three days after we receive it, and arrange any refunds within 7 days. In any case, we will process your refund well within the statutory period of 30 days. You will receive notice after we processed your return.
Obviously the returned items should be undamaged and without visible signs of use or wear. If they aren’t, we cannot accept your return. If you have a question regarding returns you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any postage costs or liability for your return are at your own expense. If we receive the item in an acceptable state, we will dispatch your new order, if needed, or process your refund.
Exceptions apply: earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
