During the ordering process, you can select a different delivery address for your order. We provide a drop shipping service, which means we can deliver your order to your customer or client directly. We can also include your invoice, if required. This service is free.

Can I adjust the delivery date when the next day isn’t convenient?2017-09-07T11:44:07+01:00

During the ordering process, it is possible to select a date when you would like to receive your package. It is also possible to pick it up at 1 of the 3000 PostNL pick-up points.

Since the end of 2019 we do not have an actual showroom anymore. The only way to see our collection is online or at shops that sell the Simbolica collection.

Yes, as a shopkeeper you can exchange items within two weeks for something else, or you can ask for your money back. No explanation needed. We only accept returns when they include the invoice, and are in their original packaging, undamaged. Sale items cannot be returned.

Please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss replacing the damaged items as quickly as possible.

Is Simbolica Fair Trade a charity organization?2017-09-07T11:43:49+01:00

Simbolica Fair Trade is an organization that is certified fair trade, which means our items are handmade, with respect for people and the environment. Read more about fair trade here. Furthermore, 10% of our profits will benefit the schooling projects of the Simbolica Projects Foundation, which makes an education possible for hundreds of Mayan children in Guatemala every year.

Orders of €100,- or more are shipped for free to 1 address in the Netherlands. Shipping to the rest of the EU is free from €200,-.

The shipping costs for orders that total less than €100,- are €4,95 per order. Shipping to the rest of the EU costs €9,95.

You can pay for your order online, with one of these methods: iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, advance payment from your bank account, or you can choose to receive an invoice and pay later.

You can reach us by telephone from Monday to Thursday, between 9 am and 5 pm.

When will I receive my order?2017-09-07T11:43:49+01:00

If you place your order before 12:00 pm, we will usually send it to you the next day. Exceptions apply when the requested items aren’t in stock, for example, in which case we will contact you. In general, Dutch orders that were placed before 12:00 pm are delivered the next day. For the rest of the EU, delivery times may vary.
