No, Simbolica Fair Trade is a certified fair trade wholesale business, which means that our items are made with respect for nature and humanity. You can read more about Fair Trade on our website. In addition, 10% of our profits go to schooling projects of the Simbolica Projects Foundation. Thanks to the foundation, hundreds of Guatemalan kids are able to go to school every year. As a non-profit (ANBI) organization, this foundation can be considered a charity. wd.

Shipping costs are €4,95, or €9,95 to EU-countries outside the Netherlands and € 14,95 outside EU.

Orders from €100,- are delivered to a Dutch address for free.

You can pay safely online with these payment methods: iDEAL, Paypal, advance payment by bank or giro, and credit card. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment.

If you place your order before 12 pm on weekdays, your package will be dispatched on the same day. In most cases you will receive your orders the next day, provided that the items are in stock. If they aren’t, we will inform you on the same day.
